Garlic Lemon Marinade
This garlic lemon marinade works well with fish and chicken. It can also be used as a sauce to accompany lobster.

- garlic, smashed and minced8 clove
- salt1 1/2 tsp
- black pepper, freshly ground1 1/2 tsp
- lemon zest, finely grated1
- vegetable oil1/4 cup
