Peanut Sauce (Vegan)
This peanut sauce works very well when served with stir-fried tofu and greens or any steamed vegetables.

- soy sauce3 tbsp
- vinegar, rice vinegar or cider vinegar2 tbsp
- brown sugar1 tbsp
- salt1/4 tsp
- cayenne pepper, optional1/8 tsp
- hot water, hot1/2 cup
