Spiced Kefir
There is so much to experiment with adding spices to kefir; here is an example that is something like a spicy lassi.
Ingredients

- plain kefir, plain
- ground cinnamon1 tsp
- ground cardamom, ground1/2 tsp
- ground nutmeg, ground1/4 tsp
- ground turmeric, ground1 1/2 tsp
- ground coriander1 tsp
Quantities are auto-calculated from the original recipe as a guide. Items without numbers (e.g. “to taste”) are not changed.

Combine all ingredients together.
Stir well and serve.
