Affogato
Affogato, or "affogato al caffe", is an Italian preparation consisting of gelato or ice cream topped with espresso.
Ingredients

- gelato, typically vanilla1 scoop
- espresso, or one long pull shot1–2 shot
Quantities are auto-calculated from the original recipe as a guide. Items without numbers (e.g. “to taste”) are not changed.
Method
Either pour espresso over gelato and serve, or serve them side by side for diner to mix at the table.
