Prime Rib Seasoning
This seasoning will elevate your rib roast to steakhouse quality. It also works well on steaks.

- salt1/4 cup
- black pepper, coarsely ground1/2 cup
- coriander seed, coarsely ground1/4 cup
- mesquite smoke powder2 tsp
- chipotle powder1/4 cup
